With more than 40 years of experience, a PGD in Marketing and Sales, and a gold medal in Food Technology and Processing from IIT Kanpur, Mr. Bhaskar Reddy has played a key role in the growth of companies like Dabur Real, Kisan, and Healthy & Tasty Mantra Spices.

Mr Bhaskar has also won a Lifetime Achievement Award for promoting fruit and vegetable processing in India and is well-known for his backward integration in lychee, pomegranate, pink guava, coconut water, and other products.

He continues to spur innovation in the food and beverage industry by now assisting young entrepreneurs in starting processing facilities for honey, juice, and herbal products.
