He initiated a strategic turnaround at Dabur India, where he was Head of Commercial Finance from 2010 to 2019. He ensured corporate governance across PAN-India manufacturing units and turned operations into a value-creation function. By effectively creating and implementing SOPs, he improved governance and streamlined corporate processes.

He previously held the positions of Assistant Manager Finance at PepsiCo India from 2000 to 2006, where he oversaw important financial operations, and Brewery Finance Controller at Sab Miller India from 2006 to 2008, where he concentrated on financial reporting and analytics.
